From the warm welcome by Douglas and Ashley at the front desk to the professional care from Dr. Briggs III and his team, every step of my visit was outstanding. Dr. Briggs took the time to explain my treatment plan using X-rays and answered all my questions clearly. The hygienist, Jaletha, made sure I was comfortable and did an amazing job with my temporary crown. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Ashley helped me understand my insurance and payment options with no confusion. I left feeling confident, informed, and well taken care of. Highly recommend this amazing team!
